Located on South Fletcher Avenue, Katie’s Light is a private three-bedroom beach house whose tower and classic styling evoke a traditional Atlantic Coast light station.
The building was created as a coastal residence and vacation rental rather than a working lighthouse. Its distinctive design has made it a familiar example of lighthouse-inspired architecture on Amelia Island.
The property is a private vacation home. Access is limited to registered rental guests, and there is no public tower tour or walk-in attraction.
Katie’s Light continues to operate as a permitted vacation rental. It is not an aid to navigation.
