the preservation plans for the Cape St. George

2) A
"Memorial Endowment Fund for Lighthouse Preservation"
has been established to fund an endowment fund from
which the annual interest will be dedicated to various
lighthouse preservation projects.
3) A
campaign is underway to seek authorization from the
legislature for the Department of Highway Safety and
Motor Vehicles to issue a specialty automobile license
plate featuring a Florida lighthouse, the proceeds from
which will support lighthouse and other maritime
heritage preservation in this state.

this Association and its lighthouse preservation
programs.
